Hello Microsoft Certification Support,

My certification was linked to a previous organization work account which has now been deleted. I cannot sign in and I also do not remember which Microsoft account was used.

Please help me locate my certification profile and transfer it to my personal account.

(PII Removed)

I can provide ID verification if required.

Thank you.

Hi Surabhi, I'm Edizel and i'll try to help,

Use this page (don’t use general Microsoft Support): Microsoft Learn → Credentials → Contact Support

    Choose options like:

    • Access
    • Unable to sign in
    • Transfer profile Submit a Support Ticket You’ll be asked to fill a form. Use wording like this (you can copy-paste and adjust):

My Microsoft certification profile was linked to a previous organization work account that has been deleted. I am unable to sign in and do not remember which Microsoft account was originally used. Please help me locate my certification profile and transfer it to my personal Microsoft account.

Provide as much as you can remember (even partial info helps):
      • Full name (as it appeared on the certification)
      • Old work email domain (even if deleted)
      • Employer / organization name
      • Approximate dates of exams or certifications
      • Exam names (e.g., PL-300, DA-100, etc.)
      • Country/region where exams were taken
      • Your new personal Microsoft email (destination account)

    Once they verify you:

Microsoft will merge or transfer your certification profile

Your badges, transcripts, and exam history will appear under your personal account

This usually takes 3–10 business days

    You’ll get confirmation by email.
