Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Do a System Restore or Startup Repair method from the Windows Recovery Environment and see if you can sign in with your password.

To boot your PC in the WinRE:

    1. Start your device and wait for the Windows logo (or the manufacturer's logo) to appear.
    2. As soon as the Windows logo appears, press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.
    3. Turn your device on again and repeat step 2.
    4. Turn your device on a third time. Windows should display the Automatic Repair screen.

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.

This option takes your PC back earlier point in time.

Once the system restore is complete, try signing in with your password. If the issue persists, try the Startup Repair method from WinRE.

Let me know if you still need more help.

If you are unable to log into your laptop and it just keeps loading when you enter your password, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Safe Mode: Try booting your laptop into Safe Mode. To do this, restart your laptop and continuously press the F8 key (or Shift + F8) before the Windows logo appears. This should bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu. From there, select Safe Mode and see if you can log in.
    2. Check for Hardware Issues: Ensure that your laptop's hardware is functioning correctly. Sometimes, a failing hard drive or other hardware issues can prevent Windows from loading properly.
    3. System Restore: If you have a restore point set up, you can try performing a System Restore. This can be done by booting from a Windows installation media, selecting "Repair your computer," and then choosing "System Restore".
    4. Resetting the PC: If none of the above steps work, you may need to consider resetting your PC. This can be done through the recovery options, but be aware that this may result in loss of data if you choose to remove everything.
    5. Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, it may be best to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the login issue you're experiencing.
