Trying to get a copy invoice on 365 account

I don't seem to be able to access Microsoft 365 to get a copy of my subscription invoice paid 17th Jan?

    Alright. Could you verify the Email account:

    1. Open Office App > File > Account.

    1. On the Microsoft account page you cannot see Bill.

    Also, try changing the filter to Last 12 months on the page as well.

    Hi David,

    If you redeemed a product key, no invoice is provided. In that case, the product key buyer would have the invoice.

    If you bought it from the Microsoft Store, consider going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page which has the invoice.
