I had pass a certification on 21 January 2026 but it is not showing in profile

I had taken 2 certifications,and it has been months for Az900 and PL300 but both certification is not showing on the profile also I have not received over email.

please check and resolve the issue ASAP.

please take this issue on priority as it is urgent.
