    Hello @Girish HK,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

Please note that this forum primarily focuses on technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and Office applications. Matters involving billing, subscription, or payment are handled exclusively by Microsoft’s Billing Support Team.

However, based on my experience handling similar cases, I can guide you in the right direction.

To support you better, please confirm these points:

    1. I noticed that you mentioned you attached a screenshot of the error, but I’m still not able to see any image on this thread. Could you please re-upload the screenshot?
    2. Since you tagged your post under the Business category, can you confirm whether your subscription is actually a Business subscription?
    3. If yes, may I ask whether you or your admin still have access to the Microsoft 365 admin portal?

I will wait for the screenshot from you so that I can research the issue further. I can help you blur or hide any personal information if needed.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to identify the root cause and find a solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

To resolve issues with subscription renewal and payment failures, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Card Details: Ensure that the card details you are entering (card number, expiration date, name, and billing address) are correct and match what your bank has on file.
    2. Sufficient Funds: Verify that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the subscription cost.
    3. Payment Method Restrictions: Make sure that the payment methods you are trying to use are issued from the same country/region as your Microsoft account.
    4. Contact Your Bank: Sometimes, banks may block transactions for security reasons. Contact your bank to ensure that there are no issues with your cards, such as restrictions on international transactions or credit limits.
    5. Try a Different Browser or InPrivate Mode: If you are experiencing technical issues, try using a different browser or an InPrivate browsing session to see if that resolves the problem.
    6. Clear Outstanding Balances: If your subscription is still disabled after attempting to update your payment method, check for any outstanding balances that need to be cleared before you can renew.
    7. Contact Microsoft Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your account details and the error messages you are receiving.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the payment issues and successfully renew your subscription.
