1/ What level of access should Governors have?
- Do they only need to view documents, or will they also be uploading/editing?
- Should they be allowed to post in channels or just read messages?
2/ How do you want them to join meetings?
- Should they be able to create calendar events/meetings, or only join ones scheduled by staff?
- Will meetings always be scheduled inside Teams channels, or through Outlook?
3/ What email types will they use?
- Are all Governors using personal email domains (e.g., Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo), or do some have organisational addresses?
4/ What security restrictions are important?
- Should Governors be fully prevented from accessing other Teams across the tenant?
- Do you require MFA for their guest accounts?
5/ What document storage model do you prefer? Will all Governor documents live inside Teams (SharePoint), or are there external repositories they need to access?
6/ What is your current Teams environment?
- Do you already have Guest Access enabled at the tenant level?
- Do you use any existing governance policies or templates for special groups?
