I wish to request an invoice for my renewed subscription to Microsoft Office family package.
I wish the invoice to be in the name of my company. Is that possible? How do I give the correct details for the invoice?

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, if this is for a personal account that has the subscription, it cannot be named under your company not unless this is a business subscription then it will be the process above.

To change the details for your Microsoft subscription invoice, including updating the name to your company, you will need to do this through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Navigate to the Billing section.
    3. If you have a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) billing account type, ensure you have the appropriate permissions (Billing account owner or contributor) to make changes.
    4. Locate the subscription for which you want to change the invoice details.
    5. You may need to update the Sold to Address and Bill to Address in your organization profile to reflect your company name and address.
    6. If you need to change the company name on the invoice, you may have to contact Microsoft support, as changing the Sold-to name requires a credit check.

Once you have updated the necessary details, future invoices should reflect the changes you made. If you need to request an invoice for your renewed subscription, ensure that the updated details are saved before the next billing cycle.
