It is not safe to disable processes on the processes tab in Task Manager, if you disable any Windows process, that may make your system unstable, and those processes would restart after you restart your PC.

Open Task Manager, then select the Start-up tab.

Restart (not shut down) your PC to flush out your RAM.
Do not start any apps.
Open Task Manager, then select the Processes tab.
Click the Memory column header so the arrow on that header points down.
