I've had a godaddy email for many years. A couple years ago they moved from webmail to outlook 365. When I go to login to outlook/365 anything it shows two accounts - both the same email address but one is a work and one is a personal.
When I use Org I don't see the Office 365 apps that I pay for through MS.
Thanks,
Cori D

Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!
Microsoft treats work/school (Org) accounts and personal Microsoft accounts as separate identities, even if they share the same email address. Your GoDaddy Org account is linked to business services, while your personal account is tied to your own Microsoft subscription — each has its own apps and storage.
Your Office 365 apps are tied to your personal account, not the GoDaddy Org account. To access them, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services with your personal credentials. From there you can download and install the apps

If you still face challenges, you may want to explore additional resources or support options provided by Microsoft or GoDaddy.
