microsoft one drive deleted all my files and pictures. They wanted $$$$$$

how are they allowed to do this?????

    Have you checked your OneDrive Recycle Bin to see if you can recover the deleted files from there?

    Typically, OneDrive only permanently deletes files if your storage has been full for 6 months and you haven’t upgraded your plan or freed up space.

    Could you please confirm whether your OneDrive storage was full? If it was, Microsoft may have sent you an email notifying you that your files would be deleted on a specific date if you didn’t upgrade your storage or clear some space.
