Orphan Tenant

I’ve been experiencing a critical billing issue. For the past few months, I’ve been billed for an orphaned tenant, even though I have no active subscription or tenant.

I’ve tried to resolve this through phone and direct support channels without success, and I’m also concerned about potential account security issues.
