You have reach the community and I’m here to help you with the camera issue, I suggest first to restart the device and check again if the issue will persist. Next close other application the uses a camera, ensure as well the app you were using has permission to access the camera. Other than this I need you to check the privacy slider many laptops have a small physical slider, switch over the webcam lens be sure to slide this over to reveal the camera.
Check as well if your antivirus is blocking the camera on the software itself check the privacy settings webcam protection or camera guard toggle it. Last restart the camera service in windows press Windows + R type in services.msc press enter and scroll down to Windows Camera Frame Server right click on it and click restart be sure the startup type is set to Automatic.
