2026-02-10T17:03:34.97+00:00 Unfortunately, although I've been through all the points mentioned I still do not receive emails.
There are no forwarding arrangements in place and I am using only 1% of the available storage.
What else can be done? Can Microsoft not check this out in a way I cannot?

2026-02-10T16:34:07.4433333+00:00 Please try to Sign in to Outlook on the web and check Focused, Other, Junk Email, and Deleted Items, then use the search bar with a sender name or subject. Open Settings, Mail, Rules and remove any rule moving or deleting mail. Check Settings, Mail, Forwarding and turn off forwarding if enabled.
Review mailbox storage under Settings, General, Storage since a full mailbox blocks new mail. Microsoft lists rules, junk filtering, forwarding, and storage limits as main causes of missing incoming mail, and correcting these restores normal delivery.
