Log into your MIcrosoft account on this link, do you see your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there, if so, are you able to download and install Microsoft 365 from your account on that link.

To add your MacBook Pro to your Microsoft account and access Microsoft apps, follow these steps:

    1. Download the Microsoft Office Apps: Go to the Mac App Store and search for the Microsoft Office apps you need, such as Word, Excel, or Outlook. Download and install them on your Mac.
    2. Sign In with Your Microsoft Account: After installing the apps, open any of them. You will be prompted to sign in. Use the same Microsoft account credentials that you used on your Dell computer.
    3. Activate Your Subscription: If you have a subscription to Microsoft 365, signing in will automatically activate your subscription on your Mac. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.
    4. Access Your Files: Once signed in, you can access your files stored in OneDrive and use all the features available with your Microsoft account.

If you encounter any issues during this process, ensure that your macOS is compatible with the version of Microsoft Office you are trying to install.
