It sounds like your account has been compromised, and you're facing difficulties regaining access. Here are some steps you can take to recover your account:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: If you haven't already, try using the official Microsoft account recovery form. Make sure to provide as much information as possible about your account to prove ownership.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form continues to be rejected, it's advisable to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft Support page and looking for options to chat with a support agent. Explain your situation in detail to get the necessary help.
    3. Check for Unauthorized Changes: If you regain access, check your account for any unauthorized changes, such as linked email addresses or security settings.
    4. Secure Your Account: Once you regain access, change your password to a strong, unique one and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance your account security.
    5. Monitor for Further Issues: Keep an eye on your account for any suspicious activity and inform your contacts about the potential compromise to prevent them from falling victim to phishing attempts.

If you continue to face issues, persistence is key, and reaching out to support is your best option.
