    Hi Priyanka,

You have reach the community and I’m here to help, I suggest first to clear the cache and cookies whatever browser you were using, try a different browser as well and device. Next try it with another network connection or internet connection. Now be sure your Microsoft certification profile matches your profile like the name, address and country. I would like to know how long the issue has been going on, if it just happened recently I just to try it again after some hours.

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

If you are encountering an "unexpected error" while trying to schedule your Microsoft GitHub Copilot certification exam through Pearson Vue, it may be due to your account being blocked. This can happen if there have been multiple failed payment attempts. To resolve this issue, you should contact Pearson Vue support to get the block lifted. You can find the support contact link on the Microsoft certification support page.

Additionally, if the issue persists, it might be helpful to try again later or check if there are any ongoing issues with the Pearson Vue system.
