I need to add an alias second email to my one drive account. I deleted an erroneously set up account 2 days ago and I want to add this one to my current active one drive account. Does the 30 day still availability mess up why the deleted account add to the current one.?

That will depend on the email address you used on the account you deleted. If it is an outlook.com or hotmail.com, you will not be able to move it over. Microsoft doesn't allow recycling its Microsot account username. That's why.

If it is a third party email address, then yes, once the account is closed, you can add it to the Microsoft account you want to use. When you close the account, you would choose whether you want to give a window or 30 days or 60 days, depends on what you chose, you have to wait those days.
