Comments disappearing from my Planner Tasks

I logged into my Planner account and found that all the comments I've made over the past month on my tasks have vanished, all for 1 or 2 tasks. I still have all my emails from when I added comments about a month ago. Is there anyway to get the comments back?

    Hi Sophie, since your comments still exist in the group mailbox, the data is safe. As a non-admin, you cannot submit a Microsoft support request directly. You need to report the issue to your IT team or Microsoft 365 admin, share the affected task names and group emails, and they can open a support ticket to restore the comments in Planner.

    Check the plan’s group mailbox in Outlook on the web under Groups to see if they appear there. If they do not, sign out and back into Planner. If comments are still missing, your admin should open a Microsoft 365 support request to review and recover them.
