Open Word.
At the top of Word, sign out of Office.
Restart (not shut down) your computer, then sign back in to Office.
Is your subscription now correctly recognized?

If not, sign in to your Microsoft account using the link below and check the expiration date of your Microsoft 365 subscription. Is it correct for your new subscription?
Otherwise, go to the Billing and Payments section.
Is your subscription payment listed there as having been successfully completed?
