It sounds like you're experiencing issues with accessing your Microsoft 365 account, particularly with the verification process. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the situation:

    1. Check Your Email and Phone Settings: Ensure that the email address and phone number associated with your account are correct. Sometimes, verification codes may not be sent if the contact information is outdated.
    2. Try Different Browsers or Networks: If you're stuck on an active waiting message, try accessing your account using a different web browser or network. Sometimes, browser settings or network issues can cause problems.
    3. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve loading issues. After clearing, try logging in again.
    4. Use Alternative Verification Options: If you have set up other verification methods (like SMS or an authenticator app), try using those instead of your digital fingerprint.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you regain access to your account and resolve any ongoing issues with verification codes.

If you are the only administrator for your organization, you might need to contact the Microsoft Data Protection team directly for help with your account.
