How do I retrieve a pop up that was blocked that I need?

Microsoft Edge blocked a pop up that I had specifically asked it to allow. Now how do I retrieve that popup that I need?

Option 1: Use the “Pop-up blocked” icon in the address bar

Go back to the page where the pop-up was blocked (or repeat the step that caused it).
When Edge blocks it, look in the address bar for the pop-up blocked indicator/icon. Edge shows this icon when a pop-up has been blocked.
Select that indicator and choose “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from this site”, then select Done.

Option 2: Allow pop-ups for that site from Edge Settings

In Edge > open Settings and more (… ) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions > All permissions
Select Pop-ups and redirects > under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects > Add site.

If it still gets blocked even after allowing

An extension is interfering: go to Settings and more (… ) > Extensions > Manage extensions, then turn extensions off temporarily to test.
Edge needs an update: Settings and more (… ) > Settings > About Microsoft Edge (apply any update).

Dear @Shannon G,

Once you allow pop-ups for the site, Microsoft Edge will only display pop-ups/notifications going forward, previously blocked pop-ups cannot be recovered.

If what you are looking for is a website/app notification (rather than a new browser window), please open Windows Notification Center and check it manually. Website notifications can appear there. Notifications, then turning on notifications for the relevant app/browser if it is currently disabled.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether you are using a personal device or a company-managed device? On managed devices, organizational policies may block certain sites or pop-ups regardless of your browser settings.
