Estou tentando ativr a licença em meu servidor que se encontra em um host VMware. Possuo duas licenças Windows Server 2025 Datacenter - 16 Core em meu Vmware aplicado em dois Hosts. Quando eu tento ativar a chave, ele me retorna o erro acima. Entendo que possa ter um erro, por se tratar de uma VM, poderia me auxiliar? Prestamos suporte para a empresa que esta dando o erro. Eles tentaram abrir suporte pelo lado deles mas fora direcionado ao parceiro, no caso a AVEERE, a abrir o suporte.

Entendo,

porém ele possui duas licenças 16 Core, e foi utilizada, até o momento, em 6 máquinas virtuais, todas hospedadas em dois Hosts VMWare.. Entrei em contato pelo canal "licença por Volume" e o mesmo diz não se tratar da modalidade, sendo essa CSP.

Por se tratar de um Host VMware, a licença aplicada podem ser geradas uma quantidade maior de maquinas licenciadas pela mesma licença. Meu raciocínio esta correto?

Preciso de uma solução urgente para essa causa pois meu cliente precisa ativar o quanto antes essa maquina.

Hello,

This is a Multiple Activation Product key. The number of activations allowed is limited by your Volume License Agreement.

According to the error message the number of activations has been more than were assigned to this product key.

With a MAK Key, every time an activation occurs, the allowed count on the key is reduced by one.

You can request more activations:

See the following link, search for MAKADD and follow that process to request more activations. It is the same process for Windows Client and Windows Server.

Não resolveu, por telefone ele me direciona para o portal que eu abri o chamado. O MAK esta correto, porém o erro continua.
