    Hi! Are you receiving emails normally?

    Are you using a Gmail email address in Outlook, or did you create a Microsoft account with your Gmail?

    Do you log in to Outlook using Gmail itself, or do you log in by entering only your email and password?

    Access Outlook Web and see if you can send emails normally: https://outlook.live.com/mail/
