Hi @Bartucci, Frank (DI SW GS&CS AM S&PC CAM)

Thank you for reaching out to our Q&A forum.

Are you referring to this Copilot button?

If your colleagues in your organization see it, then the issue likely come from Classic Outlook itself.

In All apps > Add Apps > Manage your apps > Check if Copilot appears here, if not, find and add it

You can also look at the side bar on the left, do you see the Copilot icon?

Can you please check and provide your Outlook version? (You can check this File > Office Account > About Outlook) Make sure your channel is Current or Monthly Channel, Copilot features are not available in Semi-Annual Channel.

Next, refresh your license. In the same page, choose update license and restart your Outlook.

Then, check your privacy settings. Also in the same page, under Account Privacy, select Mange Settings. Make sure you enabled both of the choices.

If you are not seeing the Copilot feature in Outlook while other members of your company can, there could be several reasons for this issue:

    1. License Assignment: Ensure that you are assigned a license that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you have a newly assigned license, it may take some time to propagate.
    2. Account Conflicts: If you are signed in with both a personal and a work or school account, it might cause validation issues with Copilot.
    3. Internet Connectivity: Check your internet connection, as Copilot requires certain network conditions to function correctly.
    4. Office Updates: If there was a recent reset or update of Office, it might affect the activation status of your Copilot.
    5. Licensing Type: Ensure that you are using a user-based license, as Copilot is not available with device-based licensing.
    6. Update Channel: Your organization should be using the Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel for Copilot to be available.
    7. Privacy Settings: Check if Copilot is blocked by your privacy settings.
    8. Shared Computer Activation: If you are in an environment using Shared Computer Activation (SCA), Copilot is not supported.

If the issue persists, it may be helpful to contact your Microsoft 365 admin for further assistance.
