I have a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, and I have added them to my family. But I still cannot share with them. I’ve done all of the steps and it gives an error message and won’t allow me to share. This is why I asked via support chat but they were also unable to help. What could be preventing me from sharing if they’re already in my family?

    Hello Elliot Shortts,

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A forum

To add a family member, first you must have Microsoft 365 family subscription.

Next please refer to this site for instruction on how you can share your subscription with other:

Share your Microsoft 365 Family or Premium subscription

Keep in mind that if the person you wish to share with is already in another Microsoft family then they will have to leave that family first.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
