Hello John Nelson, thanks for posting this in the community.

If you haven’t reinstalled Microsoft 365 yet, please try removing it completely and then installing it again. A fresh installation often resolves freezing or performance issues when repair tools do not help. You can follow the steps in the official guide, Download, install, or reinstall Microsoft 365.

If your Microsoft 365 apps are freezing on your Windows 11 laptop, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Perform a Full Repair: Since you've already tried online repairs, consider doing a full repair of your Office installation. You can do this by going to the Settings app, selecting Apps, finding Microsoft Office, and choosing Modify, then selecting Online Repair.
    2. Uninstall and Reinstall Office: If the repair does not resolve the issue, uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft 365 may help. Make sure to restart your computer after uninstalling before you reinstall Office from your Microsoft account.
    3. Check for Conflicting Software: Sometimes, other software can conflict with Office applications. Ensure that any third-party applications, especially those related to system performance or security, are not causing the issue.
    4. Update Windows and Drivers: Ensure that your Windows 11 and all drivers are fully updated, as compatibility issues can sometimes cause freezing.
    5. Check System Resources: Monitor your system resources (CPU, memory) while using Office apps to see if there are any spikes that could be causing the freezing.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
