I can receive emails easily, but can't send them. I use xplore email address, and sometimes when I send it, it works, but not every time.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. What exact error message do you see when sending fails?
    2. Are you using Outlook on a computer, phone, or through a web browser?
    3. Does this happen with all emails, or mainly when sending attachments or larger files?
    4. Are you using your Xplore email on more than one device, and does the issue happen on all of them?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you are experiencing issues with sending emails in Outlook while being able to receive them, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check for Metered Connection Warning: Sometimes, Outlook may display a "Metered Connection Warning" which can affect sending emails. Ensure that you are connected to a network that is not metered. You can check your network settings and switch to a WiFi or LAN connection that is not metered.
    2. Repair the Office Application: You can try repairing your Office application. This can resolve various issues, including problems with sending emails. You can find the repair option in the settings of your Office applications.
    3. Check Third-Party Applications: Some third-party applications may interfere with Outlook's ability to send emails. Use a tool like Process Monitor to check if any applications are accessing the MAPISVC.inf file and causing issues. If you identify any problematic processes, consider stopping them.
    4. Verify Permissions in the Registry: Sometimes, permission issues in the Windows registry can prevent Outlook from functioning correctly. You may need to verify and adjust permissions for specific registry keys related to Outlook.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider reaching out to your email provider or IT support for further assistance.
