Hi! If you have many files, you should wait for them to sync to the cloud, and then check if they are there.

You can check if your files are in the cloud at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage > Sign in > Click on My Files.

If your files are okay, disconnect your OneDrive Desktop account and reconnect it.

    1. On the taskbar, click the ^ > Cloud icon > Gear icon > Settings > Account > Unlink account.
    2. Restart your computer.
    3. Reconnect your account to OneDrive. Just search for OneDrive in the Windows + S search bar. Your files may take a while to sync.

If you are unable to see your OneDrive documents after transferring data from a broken computer, there are a few things you can check:

    1. OneDrive Setup: Ensure that you have set up OneDrive on your new computer. You can do this by logging into your OneDrive account at portal.office.com/onedrive. If you haven't accessed OneDrive at least once, it may not be fully set up.
    2. Check Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to view the documents. If the files were shared with you, confirm that the sharing settings are still in place.
    3. Sync Issues: Sometimes, OneDrive may not sync properly. Check the OneDrive sync status and ensure that it is running. You can also try pausing and then resuming the sync.
    4. Storage Space: Ensure that your OneDrive account has enough storage space available. If your account is full, you may not be able to see or upload new documents.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
