Hey there! Nice to meet you!

The error code: "400" indicates that you may have tried signing in too many times or there's possibly an issue with your app, browser, device, or network service, as stated by Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/error-400-when-signing-in-7af27146-7624-4397-a374-6f8eae4367fe

Kindly perform these steps to fix the error:

Sign in using a different sign-in method by selecting "Other ways to sign in" on account.microsoft.com

Please make sure to update your app/devices, then try again.

Sign in using different devices, such as phone, computer, or tablet, and using different network services

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you have changed your Outlook password on the Microsoft webpage and are unable to log in to the Outlook app on your iPhone, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure Password Accuracy: Double-check that you are entering the new password correctly in the Outlook app. Pay attention to any capitalization and special characters.
    2. Remove and Re-add Account: Sometimes, removing the account from the Outlook app and re-adding it can help. Go to the settings in the app, delete the account, and then add it again using the new password.
    3. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Outlook app is up to date. An outdated app might cause login issues.
    4. Restart Your Device: Restarting your iPhone can help clear any temporary glitches that may be affecting the app.
    5. Error Message 400: This error can sometimes indicate a bad request. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider resetting the password again or checking your account settings on the Microsoft website to ensure everything is correct.

If these steps do not work, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
