Passkey did not work for Amaon login. Deleted it and now Passwords do not work. How die Passkey foul up my Amazon account?

    To figure out if this is a glitch with how Windows saved your info or an issue on Amazon's end, I need to know exactly what happens when you try to log in now.

    • Are you using the Microsoft Edge browser?
    • When you say the password does not work, is Amazon telling you "Incorrect Password" when you type it in manually, or is the browser just refusing to fill it in for you?

    My answer is that the AI was not helpful at all. Amazon refered me to Microsoft. Microsoft refered me to Amazon. Neither helped. What do I do now - endless loop?
