Hi shinola,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you are facing - being able to print that specific event is really a practical workflow for you.
Please kindly try these workarounds below:
- In New Outlook, go to Calendar - on Home tab, select Print and choose the layout and a time rage that suits your needs and print it out
- Revert to Classic Outlook: Open a calendar item, File > Print and print as needed
- If you have an online Microsoft 365 account, please kindly visit Microsoft 365 Outlook, open a meeting notice that you want to print - there should be a small icon on the top right to open in a new Windows (right next to the close X icon). Click that and then when the new window opens, you can right click and a print option will come up on the menu.
