    Below are the two best ways to contact Microsoft Support for billing issues: 

    1/ Contact Microsoft Global Customer Service by phone 

    You can speak directly with a live agent by calling Microsoft’s global customer service phone numbers.  Please visit the link below and select your country/region to find the appropriate billing support number: Microsoft Customer Service Phone Numbers 

    Once you select your location, the page will display the correct phone number for billing and subscription support. 

    2/ Contact Support through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center 

    To proceed, please follow the steps below: 

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your Microsoft administrator account. (If you're not an admin, please contact your organization's administrator to submit a request on your behalf.) 
    • On right bottom corner click on "Help & support"

    • After that choose the "Contact support".

    • Describe your issue and request to speak with a live agent. You may be offered options for chat or call depending on your region and support availability.
