No it is not acceptable. My internal administrator is unable to figure out how to give me and other managers the ability to see all of our invoices in our Azure portal. I think we need to get on a call and do a screen share or something. Is that a possibility?

Microsoft Online Services Program (MOSP): typical for Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions.

Enterprise Agreement (EA): for large organizations.

Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA): newer model for many customers.

Since you mentioned Pay-As-You-Go and Visual Studio with MSDN, these are usually MOSP accounts.

Roles That Control Billing Access:

Account Administrator – full control over billing, invoices, and payment methods.

Billing Reader – can view invoices and usage but cannot make changes.

Billing Owner/Contributor – can manage billing settings and payment methods.

You can request your current Account Administrator (the person who set up the subscription) to:

Sign in to the Azure portal.

Go to Cost Management + Billing.

Select the billing account.
