Microsoft is automatically including Copilot in subscription renewals & charging $30 more for the subscription. If you do not want Copilot it still may be possible to downgrade to Classic as explained here: Switching to Microsoft 365 Personal and Family Classic Plans

    Greetings!

This is Tin, I understand how you feel about this, as MS announced last December 2025 that new pricing for MS Office 365 as there will be added features on it like Copilot or AI features. The new price will start January 2026. The MS Office 365 Personal will increase from 69USD to 99USD.

Please check the updated prices from this link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products?utm_source=copilot.com

You can also see an option there to reach the MS Store Support if needed.

    Thank you,

    Tin

The increase in your bill from $69 to $99 could be due to several reasons related to your subscription. One common reason is that the license price may have changed at the time of renewal. If your subscription renewed for a new term and the license price changed, this would reflect in your billing. Additionally, if you added or removed licenses from your subscription, that could also affect the total amount billed.

It's important to check your subscription details and any communications from Microsoft regarding changes in pricing or terms. If you believe this charge is incorrect, you may want to contact Microsoft support for clarification and assistance.
