I cannot login the Azure Portal with Microsoft Authenticator app.

please help.

I just want to cancel my PAY-AS-YOU-GO subscription, but cannot login the Azure Portal.

It asks me to privode code or use Microsoft Authenticator app, but my Microsoft Authenticator app never propt a number for me to approve.

I never use any services of Azure, but it keep charge for several months

    Hello Greg Luo,

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
