Front Door is not the appropriate child tag for this request, however the correct one does not exist.

Right now in our tenant we have our M365 licenses and some Azure Resources managed by an MSP, which we want to seperate from.

I also have a pay as you go account with a new structure I am building for our Azure resources. Apparently there is a 5 subscription limit. All the searches in Help and Support say submit a ticket. But it will not let me. I even tried to upgrade the support plan to include email and phone support and I still cannot get anywhere.

I even contacted sales repeatedly trying to move to a direct MCA-E agreement and move away from our reseller and I can not get Microsoft Sales to contact us either. Moving off of a Pay as you go plan was a recomended solution in some of Microsoft's Documentation.

I'm frustrated with this situation and I would really appreciate some help on solving this.
-Immediate Issue add more than 5 subscriptions under Pay as you go billing account.
-Longer term get someone from Microsoft Sales to contact me so we can progress from this transition state.

Hello Jay Cobden, we understand that you are currently on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Azure account, which enforces a hard limit of 5 subscriptions. You want to move away from your Managed Service Provider (MSP) and reseller setup, and transition to a direct Microsoft Customer Agreement – Enterprise (MCA-E).

Pay‑As‑You‑Go subscriptions are limited to five subscriptions. MCA-E offers unlimited subscriptions, consolidated billing, and enterprise features like cost management, compliance, and governance. It aligns with Microsoft’s licensing strategy for organizations that need flexibility and scale.

To move forward with MCA (Microsoft Customer Agreement), you need direct engagement from Microsoft Sales or Microsoft account manager.

You can refer the below Microsoft official document to onboard to MCA

Onboard to the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn

Microsoft Customer Agreement | Microsoft Licensing

Microsoft Customer Agreement FAQ - Azure - Cost Management + Billing | Microsoft Learn

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks.
