Hello,

I have successfully verified my academic status (SJSU) for the Microsoft 365 Premium + LinkedIn Career 12-month student promotion. I received the "Academic status successfully verified" email, but the discount isn't applying.

When I go to the checkout page, it still shows a price of $19.99/month instead of the $0.00 total for the first year.

Details:

Status: Verified (Email confirmation received)

Problem: No redemption link or $0.00 checkout option available.

Troubleshooting: Tried Incognito mode and confirmed I am using the correct personal MSA.

Can you please help me activate the 12-month free period on my account?

It seems that you have successfully verified your academic status, but the discount for the Microsoft 365 Premium + LinkedIn Career 12-month student promotion is not being applied at checkout. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Eligibility: Ensure that your institution is listed as eligible for the promotion. Sometimes, specific programs or institutions may not be included.
    2. Use the Correct Account: Make sure you are logged into the correct Microsoft account that is associated with your verified academic status.
    3. Clear Cache: Since you have already tried Incognito mode, you might also want to clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any stored data that might be affecting the checkout process.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it may be best to reach out to Microsoft support directly for assistance. They can provide specific guidance and help resolve any account-related issues.

If you continue to experience difficulties, consider checking the Microsoft 365 Education page for any updates or additional instructions regarding student promotions.
