I've been blocked from commenting in MSN for over 2 months. Every time I submit a request review nothing happens.

How do I get access back on my account?

I've been using this account for years and I suddenly get this "Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name" and my account is blocked from making any comments. Why?
