Microsoft Forms ID#- Does each respondent get assigned the same ID number throughout the form?

I created a form for a shirt‑size questionnaire, and the first question collected names. I didn’t realize the responses would be anonymous in the dataset. Each response seems to be assigned an ID number—does that same ID number stay consistent across all questions? For example, if someone is assigned ID #3 for the name question, will their answers to all other questions also be recorded under ID #3?
