Locked out of Azure account due to MFA Issue

I got a new phone and my authenticator gives me 8 digit codes, but the Azure portal needs 6. I'm the sole admin of this account. I've tried re adding the authentication multiple times and other work arounds to no avail. I have a Sev A ticket that's been ignored for 2 days... I have critical data in blob storage and just got charged $93 for services I cannot control. I need this escalated to the Data Protection team please. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Connor Vass,

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
