Since your request involves data that may fall under privacy‑sensitive or regulated categories, our Data Protection Team is the appropriate group to assist further. They specialize in handling data privacy, compliance, and secure data‑related operations within Microsoft 365.
Please submit a request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Navigate to Help & Support > Contact Support (headset)
- In the description field, include the note: “Requesting assistance from the Data Protection Team regarding [brief description of the issue].”
- Submit the request, and it will be routed to the appropriate specialists.

If you prefer to speak with someone or require immediate assistance, you can also contact Microsoft Billing Support by phone. Please visit Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support to find the appropriate phone number for your region.
Note:
Depending on your country or region, when you call the support number, you may hear an introduction of about 30 seconds such as "you can visit the link...". You can ignore this introduction and wait until you are presented with the options. Then press "1" as a business email user, and again "1" for technical help.
Please try calling the phone support number 2-3 times during work week to ensure an agent is available to take your ticket.
After submitting your support ticket, it may take some time for it to be assigned to an agent. Due to the high volume of requests, there could be delays in handling your case. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In case you purchased it through a service provider, you'll need to reach out to them.
Once the Data Protection team receives your request, they will investigate the case and guide you through the steps to achieve the goal.
