    Greetings!

This is Tin, just to confirm, you have used or associated your license to your Yahoo account and you would like to transfer it to your Gmail account. Is that correct?

To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check which account have the license.

Also, if you accidentally used the Yahoo account for your MS Office 365, you will be needing to cancel the subscription and resubscribe using your Gmail. Because I'm afraid there's no way to transfer it directly.

If you have MS Office 365 Family, the good news is you can just share the license to your Gmail account. To do that, please visit the link below:

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Tin

To correct the issue of signing in with the wrong account for Microsoft 365, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign Out of Microsoft 365: Open any Microsoft 365 app (like Word or Excel), click on your profile picture or name at the top, and select Sign out.
    2. Clear Credentials: Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. If the account you want to remove is listed, select it and click Disconnect. This will remove the account from your device.
    3. Sign In with the Correct Account: After signing out and disconnecting the incorrect account, open a Microsoft 365 app again and sign in using your gmail.com account.
    4. Install Microsoft 365: If you need to install Microsoft 365 again, use the installation link provided to you and ensure you are signed in with the correct account during the installation process.

If you continue to experience issues, consider running the Microsoft 365 sign-in troubleshooter for further assistance.
