    Hello @Zwan Azmi,

Thank you for your message. Before I can guide you further, I’d like to clarify your situation so I can provide the correct next steps.

May I ask whether you are an end user of your organization’s Microsoft 365 account, or if you are the IT admin for the tenant?

If you are an end user, then the best thing to do is to contact your organization’s IT helpdesk / IT administrator. They are the only ones who can check the status of the account you are trying to sign into, because they have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and can see whether the account is active, disabled, blocked, or has any security restrictions applied.

However, if you are the IT admin, please confirm this for me. Once I know you are the admin for the tenant, I can give you more accurate guidance on what to check next to identify why the other OneDrive account is failing to sign in with error 0x8004deed.

When you have a moment, please let me know which situation applies to you, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting you.

    Kind regards,

The error code 0x8004deed when trying to log into OneDrive typically indicates an issue with the account, such as a missing license or a credential mismatch. To resolve this issue, the following steps can be taken:

    1. Check License Assignment: Ensure that the account you are trying to log into has a valid OneDrive license assigned. This can be checked by a Microsoft 365 administrator in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Remove Cached Identities: If the license is valid, you may need to remove any cached account identities. This involves modifying the registry, which should be done carefully. The specific registry path to check is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity.
    3. Clear Cached Credentials: You can also try clearing any cached credentials stored in Windows Credential Manager and removing any folders that contain cached credentials related to OneDrive.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary for the administrator to further investigate the account status and any potential subscription issues.
