    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'm happy to assist you. I understand that you would like to manually pay your subscription. To do that, you need to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and find your subscription from there, you will see an option there to Renew, please click on it and choose to pay manually using your Payment instrument. You can also just buy a Prepaid code from authorized retailer and then redeem it to your account. Go again to https://account.microsoft.com/services then select manage next to your subscription, you'll see an option there to Redeem a code or prepaid card.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Tin

To make a manual payment for your Office 365 subscription, you can do so through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions, then select View invoices.
    3. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Bills & payments page.
    4. Select an invoice to view the details.
    5. If you have an outstanding balance, you can use the Pay now button on the invoice summary to make a one-time payment.
    6. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Make sure to have your payment method ready, as you will need to enter it during the payment process.
