A PC equipped with advanced AI capabilities and Windows Copilot integration
Hi Nidhi Priya,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for explaining your scenario in detail. I understand how confusing it can be when some Copilot experiences work as expected (such as voice access with Win + C) while others are not yet visible.
Please ensure the Microsoft 365 Copilot app is installed on Windows 11 devices and follow the steps from Q&A Assist answer to enable Copilot in the taskbar.
As far as I know, the Copilot experience embedded directly in File Explorer is not controlled by Intune today and isn’t something that can be manually enabled. When available for managed environments, it will appear automatically as part of Windows updates rather than through a configuration setting.
In the meantime, users can still:
- Use the Copilot app to search and summarize recent or cloud‑based files.
- Use right‑click “Ask Copilot” where available to continue file‑based queries in Copilot.
Your setup and licensing are aligned correctly, and your observations are consistent with how these features are currently surfaced. As Copilot continues to expand across Windows experiences, additional integrations will appear without requiring manual reconfiguration.
Thanks again for raising this concern. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
