I am writing to request assistance regarding the recent suspension of my Microsoft account.

I have not received any clear explanation about why my account was suspended, the only thing I could see being an infringement is how my neighbor (under the same postcode and near identical address) has the exact same name as me . I would appreciate it if you could provide more information about the reason for the suspension and let me know if any steps are required from my side to appeal or resolve the issue.

Additionally, I have tried to reach the Microsoft support team multiple times, but I’ve been unable to get proper assistance as the support options seem limited or restricted for my account. I am concerned that I’m unable to contact support through normal channels due to the suspension itself.

Furthermore, I had spent hundreds of reward points into 'crater commander' and got a quite high score, one that i believe could win the event. Will this wrongful suspension affect these entries?
