It would be too hard to provide all the references. This is an Expert level exam which requires that you are experienced in Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 app as well has having knowledge of Foundry

I have cleared below exams:
AI-102 is one of the prerequisite certifications so you should now enough about Foundry but will need to learn a lot about Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP apps and their Copilot and AI features and then lean how to create agents with Copilot Studio
It will become somewhat tedious to learn everything from the documentation considering its an extensive documentation of the Azure Services as well. Would suggest to add the required preparation trainings for the AB-100 exam similar to the other exams.

That won't be happening. There will not be AB-100 specific Learn modules for the background Dynamics 365 and Power Platform knowledge. You will need to work through existing modules for those products and the documentation including the guidance on architecture, AI planning, governance, and implementation
It is an EXPERT level exam
Not for a few weeks yet and additionally, as an expert exam, it will not cover the all the exam content as there will be other topics around Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Foundry that you will be expected to know.
