I have gone over the storage limit on my account, and it refuses to let me pay the overdue fee.

I want to pay the fee and download more storage

Thanks for your response. Are you seeing that under https://account.microsoft.com/services?

Alright, it seems it would be best to reach MS Accounts & Billing Support to check on this to make sure that your subscription is active and will be paid.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Home Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

    Greetings!

This is Tin, looks like you can't pay for your subscription to reactivate it and to get back your storage. May I know if what is the exact error that you're getting? Have you tried to reset the browser already? Kindly check the status of your subscription from https://account.microsoft.com/services and check if your subscription is there. You'll see the where to manage it and you can renew it from there or pay. If you got an error, please let me know the exact error. I'm just here.

    Thanks,

    Tin
