Hi,

I encountered some glitch or bugs, where Power Query did not load all records, but in the preview, I can see the records clearly.

Please advise how to fix this problem.

Thanks.

    Hello @FFP Staff

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

    Your screenshot clearly shows:

    • Preview shows 5 rows (Id 696–700)
    • Loaded result shows only “3 rows loaded”

This means something in your query steps or data types is removing or blocking rows during the final load.

You can try to test Power Query in a New Worksheet (with Backup)

1/ Back Up Your Current Data

    • Open your Excel file.
    • Right‑click the sheet that receives the Power Query data.
    • Select "Move or Copy"
    • Check "Create a copy"
    • Click "OK"

This creates a safe backup before testing.

2/ Load the Query into a New Worksheet

    • Find your query.
    • Right‑click -> Load To… User's image

Excel loads the query into a clean, new sheet to check whether all rows appear correctly.

3/ Clear cache of power query

Please follow below instructions to clear cache:

What you see inside the PQ editor / preview comes from the PQ cache.

    Clear the cache.

    Then refresh the query.

    Andreas.
