Your screenshot clearly shows:
- Preview shows 5 rows (Id 696–700)
- Loaded result shows only “3 rows loaded”
This means something in your query steps or data types is removing or blocking rows during the final load.
You can try to test Power Query in a New Worksheet (with Backup)
1/ Back Up Your Current Data
- Open your Excel file.
- Right‑click the sheet that receives the Power Query data.
- Select "Move or Copy"
- Check "Create a copy"
- Click "OK"
This creates a safe backup before testing.
2/ Load the Query into a New Worksheet
- Find your query.
- Right‑click -> Load To…
Excel loads the query into a clean, new sheet to check whether all rows appear correctly.
3/ Clear cache of power query
