    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

I'm afraid that the process of recovering an account is an automated process, and no one here has access to the account information.

If it is blocked due to attempting to log in many times, please wait 24 hours and retry with the correct password. You can also use the Sign-in Helper tool:

    https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/account-billing/no-puedo-iniciar-sesi%C3%B3n-en-mi-correo-electr%C3%B3nico-475c9b5c-8c25-49f1-9c2d-c64b7072e735

If it does not help, fill out the recovery form. Be noted that it takes time until you receive a response.

To recover your blocked Outlook account, you should follow these steps:

    1. Use the Official Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page at https://account.live.com/acsr. Choose "I forgot my password" and enter your email address. Follow the prompts to recover your account.
    2. Provide Accurate Information: Since you mentioned you have changed your IP address and device, it's crucial to provide as much accurate information as possible in the recovery form. Include details like previous passwords, recent email subjects, and any contacts you have emailed.
    3. Attempt Recovery from a Familiar Location: If possible, try to complete the recovery process from a familiar device and location, even if it’s not the exact one you used before.
    4. Wait for Lockout Period: If you have attempted recovery multiple times and received errors, you may need to wait for a lockout period (usually about 24 hours) before trying again.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: If you continue to have issues, you can contact Microsoft Support through their support page. Choose "Microsoft account & billing" and then "Password reset or account recovery" for assistance. Depending on your region, you may have options for chat support or a callback.

Remember, the recovery process is automated for security reasons, so patience is key.
